Your responsibilities
In this role, you will build and own Verda’s product marketing foundation - from positioning and messaging to launch execution and sales enablement. You will develop a messaging architecture that resonates across enterprise procurement teams, AI practitioners, and strategic partners, validating it through customer conversations and real market feedback.
You will create the materials and frameworks that help our commercial teams operate effectively, including battle cards, competitive intelligence, positioning documents, pitch decks, and objection-handling guidance. You will establish repeatable enablement processes that help sales teams ramp quickly and communicate Verda’s value with confidence.
You will also own competitive intelligence and market insights—tracking competitors, identifying market shifts, gathering structured product feedback, and translating customer pain points into actionable go-to-market strategies.
A key part of your role will be building Verda’s launch motion from the ground up: defining launch frameworks, coordinating cross-functional execution, enabling internal teams ahead of external releases, and measuring success based on pipeline impact rather than awareness alone.
You will work closely with strategic technology partners to develop joint messaging, co-marketing initiatives, and business cases that support partner-led growth. At the same time, you will help refine our ideal customer profile, segmentation strategy, and voice-of-customer programs as the company scales.
Your key competencies
Depth of product marketing craft built over roughly 8+ years across product marketing and adjacent product, technical, or GTM roles. We care about the depth of the craft and the shape of the path, not a specific count of “pure PMM” years — engineers and technical operators who moved into product marketing are profiles we want to see.
Proven marketing to both technical practitioners (developers, ML engineers) and enterprise buyers.
A zero-to-one track record: you have built positioning and a launch motion for a net-new product or category — ideally against an incumbent brand's existing perception, where the work was as much market education as messaging.
Technical fluency you can defend: you can sit with an infrastructure or ML engineer, understand what they built, and turn it into a story. A CS or engineering background is a strong asset here.
You ship. The positioning docs, the launch narratives, the enablement are in your hands. This is a build-it-yourself role before it is a manage-it role.
A customer-close instinct: you form your point of view from being in the room with buyers, then let the data refine it.
Strong Differentiators
AI/ML infrastructure or neocloud domain knowledge: training vs. inference, GPU and token economics, the trade-offs between bare metal and higher abstraction layers.
Real self-serve / product-led growth experience alongside an enterprise motion.
Regulated-vertical or compliance-driven GTM: attestations, certifications, the EU AI Act, sovereignty as a buyer trigger.
Experience hiring and building a product marketing team from the first hire up.
Strategic partner or co-GTM experience, NVIDIA-adjacent especially.
Practicalities
Location: Helsinki, Finland or London, UK
Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days a week.
