Practicalities
Work mode: On-site. This role requires presence in our Helsinki office 5 days per week. Don’t worry - you won’t be alone or hangry there. (We keep a stocked fridge…)
This role follows a rotational shift pattern to ensure 24/7 coverage for our international markets.
Level of expertise: Entry-level.

About the role
As a Junior Customer Support, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, directly impacting how enterprises and developers interact with cutting-edge AI cloud services.
In this position, you'll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams while receiving support from senior team members. You'll tackle real challenges from day one, from troubleshooting account issues to complex AI workload deployments and helping customers optimize their cloud infrastructure. As we scale rapidly, you'll have the opportunity to build processes, influence product decisions, and potentially grow into full-time roles.
Your responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (ticketing system, slack, etc.)
Guide customers through account setup, billing questions, and service configurations
Troubleshoot basic connectivity and access issues for services
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
Monitor status dashboards and communicate service disruptions to customers
Your key competencies
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious about emerging AI Cloud technologies, and thrives in ambiguous situations where fast problem-solving is essential. You'll need to balance independence with knowing when to seek guidance, making this perfect for someone ready to accelerate their career in the AI/cloud space.
Previous customer support experience
Basic understanding of cloud operations
Linux / CLI familiarity
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
Technical experience working with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts & GPUs
Additional language skills (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
Knowledge of AI tools and platforms
